Abdurrahman Hendek stated that the panel was limited only to religious education activities in schools, and that activities in mosques and other educational institutions could be the subject of different panels.

Followingly, Dr. Maimoona Al Zadgali, Dr. Ashraf Isyraqi and Assoc. Dr. Mahmut Zengin made presentations on religious teaching practices in Oman, Malaysia and Turkey respectively.
